Videogaming legend has it that the creator of Pac-Man came up with the design of his character whilst he was eating a pizza. I don't know if that is entirely accurate, but when I was at work I sketched this and it was such a good laugh that I finally got round to colouring it in! :D

also, did you know that they change the japanease name (Puck man) to Pac man because they were afraid of kits keying the p to make an F?

actually i saw a documentary about the history of the game, they interviewed someone who worked for namco and he was talking about how the original design team were eating pizza well after hours trying to come up with the latest greatest game craze, and they were inspired by the pizza.
