This is my first ever fanart of 'The Raccoons', a popular Canadian cartoon from the 1980's, and Bert Raccoon was always one of my fave cartoon characters. The background was a seperately drawn coloured pencil sketch, the characters were coloured in using computer graphics. The characters from left to right to right are; Ralph, Melissa and Bert.
